Send us your pet's PHOTO (alternatively we can use breed illustration from our library), NAME (or breed) and a meaningful DATE (optional) via the chat box on our RadiantPersona.com store website or email us at radiantpersonastore@gmail.com.

- Prefer the breed instead? Just let us know (e.g., Golden Retriever).

- Add a meaningful date (e.g., birthdate, adoption date, or "Since [Year]").
- If you’d like to skip this, type "No Date."
